Return and Refund Policy

Our return /exchange policy is pretty standard.  Check your items as soon as you receive them.  You have 10 days to let us know of an issue.  Each case is unique so please get in touch with us via email (suzi@ctc.net) or phone 704-906-2961.  We pack very carefully so do not anticipate damage unless the carrier mistreats the box.   If you do return an item, it must be returned in it's original packaging, including the inside styrofoam or we cannot refund or exchange the item.  The return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.    Send a return to Classic Art @  5210 Shoreview Dr. Concord, NC 28025.
