Our mission is to provide the best products and service to our customers (and still stay in business!).  Our online store is designed to provide you with a safe and secure environment to browse our product catalog. We try to keep up with items that sell out and apologize if we have something listed as available and it is not. All of our items are new and have their boxes (if applicable) unless noted.

We reserve the option to correct incorrect prices.  Remember humans do make mistakes.

WEE FOREST FOLK collectors - our site works off total dollar amount for shipping charges.  However that does not work for these little fellows.  We will charge you fairly to ship them.  We will adjust the order manually when you use a credit card.  Regarding the 5-6 program, 1st 5 pieces may be retired but 6th piece needs to be current.  Call or email (suzi@ctc.net) us if you need more info on this program for collectors.    

Our return policy is pretty standard.  Check your items as soon as you receive them.  You have 10 days to let us know of an issue.  Each case is unique so please get in touch with us via email (suzi@ctc.net) or phone (704-906-2961).  We pack very carefully so do not anticipate damage issues unless the carrier mistreats the box.  If you do need to return an item, it must be returned in it's original packing - including the inside styrofoam or we cannot exchange or credit you. You will be responsible for return shipping cost.  As of 2017, we will be issuing only store credit, not a refund.

We reserve the option to alter the shipping charges based on the size or weight of the items.  A super large/heavy item may require additional shipping and also we will reduce shipping if the $'s don't match the size/weight of the items.  Hard to assign a charge by $ alone but that is our only option with the varied products we sell.  If you purchase more than $1,000.00 we will let you know the shipping charge.  We have put a grid in for more but it is just a filler number.  Our system will not let us put just TBD.  Shipping costs have risen lately (2021) and shipping west of the Mississippi costs more.  Especially California/Oregon.  If the difference is a lot more than our standard charge you will notified.    

Most items will only let you only order one.  However we have numerous items with more additional stock available.  If you are interested in more than one, either email, call or put your request in the additional instructions section on your order.  We will let you know one way or the other.  This helps us be sure we have an additional item available before we relist it for sale.

For those of you outside of the continental U.S. - we no longer offer out of the continential US shipping.  We have had so many issues lately we have decided it doesn't make good business sense to continue.  Sorry.
